Birthday Boy

Happy 2nd Birthday, Ethan!

I can't believe my crazy little boy is 2 already. He's such a fun, sweet little guy. I'm proud to be his mamma.

A few things about Ethan (that I don't want to forget!):

-He ADORES Yaya (Rian). He follows him around and laughs at everything silly Rian does. When we pick Rian up from school, Ethan waits by the door and then squeals "Yaya" with arms stretched out for a hug. Pretty dang cute.

-He LOVES dogs ("Puppies". Every dog is a puppy)

-He LOVES daddy

-He's really into trains and cars. We played with cars the other day for 2 hours straight. Yes. Mostly his car saying hi to mine and driving around on the carpet following each other. If I stopped for even a second he would pick my car up and hand it to me grunting "truck". Lots of fun.

-He can be challenging. I know, I know, all kids can be. He has a strong will and knows what he wants. A good thing. But it seriously wears me out. However, when he's happy, he's extremely happy and SO much fun.

-He's copying almost everything we say, especially Rian.

-He HAS to carry something to bed with him to sleep with. He won't go unless he has something in his arms. It's been anything from a book to a train, a piece of the train track, a toy car, legos, to a stuffed animal. It was even a container of play dough once. Lately he has to have his stuffed "Puppy". I ADORE this.

-He shouts "Go! Go!" at the TV when there is a basketball or football game on.

--He LOVES Hummus. The other day he ate it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

-He's very huggable and when this kid wants a hug or to hug he is all over you. Whenever we are sitting on the couch he has to be on someone's lap or pushed up against one of us. I love it.

-He sings. And can really boogie. He's got some moves that I'm a little jealous of.

He's a great little guy. I think we'll keep him. :)
